Identifying industrial symbiosis opportunities among companies regarding waste, raw material, energy, and water usage through sectoral and regional analyses, and transforming them into actionable collaborations,
Matching companies with market-validated ventures and technology providers tailored to the needs of the industry,
Analyzing and visualizing company data and conducting sectoral benchmarking via EkoReka software,
Developing collaborations with sectoral umbrella organizations, financial institutions, and the consultant pool, and strengthening sector-focused knowledge-sharing mechanisms,
Creating roadmaps in line with the transformation needs of companies, supporting project development processes, and facilitating their access to appropriate financing mechanisms.
