In line with our #ClimatePioneer mission, we carry out selective studies in the subjects aligned with the needs and objectives of climate technologies ecosystem. In this context; we present Greening Türkiye’s Economy - The Policy Perspective (GREET) 2023 as TTGV Policy Level Publication which has been compiled by Middle East Technical University (METU) Science and Technology Policy Studies (TEKPOL). GREET, which is published in English, aims to present a comprehensive account of policy initiatives in Türkiye towards greening its economy. It presents a background of such initiatives and gives details of policy actions. In that sense this report complements Türkiye Climate Resilience Policy Indicator and the Türkiye Energy Policy Review 2021 by the International Energy Agency. We wish GREET 2023 to be useful and insightful to anyone who is interested.
